π¦π» Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated with building, tinkering, and taking things apart. I believe this love for creation and exploration ultimately led me to programming.
π‘ At the age of 15, I released my first real app - a desktop widget that controlled the account balance of a local ISP, using C++ and Qt4. Soon I switched from Windows to Linux to deepen my knowledge of how computer really works.
π I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering in 2015. In my third year of university, I secured my first job as a developer in 2012.
π As an Engineering Lead with over a decade of experience in commercial software development, I have a passion for building innovative solutions that solve complex problems, especially if it requires the collaborative effort of many talented people and teams. I am committed to continuous learning and developing my skills to improve my craft.
βοΈ My combination of leadership and hands-on technical skills enables me to both oversee big-picture strategy and actively contribute to technical work.
ποΈββοΈ I always strive to improve and optimize the development process by introducing best practices like code review, guides and linters, proper CI pipelines, development of supportive internal tools and libraries.
π In my current job at Monterosa , I work on a real-time engagement platform, leading the team in developing and improving new and existing back-end services and front-end apps. My key responsibilities include development planning, making architecture decisions, implementing functionality and mentoring team members.
